My Checklist for Life was born from Dean Van Leuven’s observations as a psychologist and attorney but more specifically the concept was derived from his military experience as a pilot who used a checklist prior to the start of each flight or mission. Years of witnessing clients whose lives were filled with unhappiness and discontent inspired Dean to seek ways to teach others to embrace a fulfilling life of peace, joy, love and success.
